Can I move my new enrollee to the opposite leg after their registration has been completed?

We highly recommend that you check your placement settings prior to registering a new BA and then verify their placement in the Genealogy Viewer as soon as their account activation has been completed.  If your enrollee has been placed in the wrong leg, please immediately contact our customer support team.  Binary change requests must be received within 48 hours of account activation in order to be considered.  Please note that binary change requests must be approved and are not guaranteed.
