The most common reason for no Cycle Bonus being awarded is that the BA is not qualified during that cycle.  To check your qualification status, please click on the "Binary and Bonuses" option under the "Team" tab and then click on the "Overview" link to view your qualification status.  If your status shows as "Unqualified" then it means you are not eligible to receive Cycle Bonuses at this time.  Your Cycle Bonus points will be carried over to the next week and you will be eligible to receive a Cycle Bonus the next time you are qualified.
The Cycle Bonus will be posted on the "My Earnings" page approximately 8 days from the end of a binary period (Monday 00:00 EST - Sunday 23:59 EST).
