Binary commission cycles (fast-start bonus, Team Cycle Bonuses, etc.) run from Monday until Sunday.  Once the cycle has ended, there is a 10-day hold on those commissions to allow for refunds or other adjustments.  The following Thursday (10 days after Sunday), those funds are made available to withdraw.
All other commissions (subscriptions, mall, Partner Program, BA bonuses) are made available on the 6th of the month following the month the commissions were earned.
All commission withdrawal periods end on Sunday night @ 11:59PM EST.  All requests received by that time are paid the following Wednesday
